How can I make an appointment?
You can book an appointment by either phone, text, email or facebook. If calling please consider that I may be with other clients and therefore unable to answer your call, in this case please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay cash or by online bank transfer however this must be done either before or during your appointment. Unfortunately cheques are not accepted.
Are treatments available to anyone?
Unfortunately as a mobile beauty therapist I can only offer treatments to female clients. This is due to health and safety risks.
What are your working hours?
I currently work Monday-Friday including evenings. I do occasionally work a Saturday morning but never on a Sunday. (We all require a day off after all). I do try to be as flexible as possible however I do require notice for evening appointments as these can get booked up quite far in advance due to being popular times.
Do you have a salon I can come to?
No, I am only a mobile service that brings beauty to you. Hopefully one day there will be a salon too!
Do I need to inform you of any illness or health issues?
Yes. For everybody’s safety if you are poorly with an infectious illness then please do make me aware in advance in case it is necessary to rearrange your booking. This is not only to protect myself but other clients too as I do treat the elderly and mums with new-born babies. I will also contact you in advance if I am poorly to give you the choice of rearranging your appointment.

If you have any medical conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, high/low blood pressure or any allergies then please do advise me as treatments may need to be tailored to your requirements.

Pregnancy will also need to be disclosed as some products may be harmful during different trimesters.

Do you do gel/acrylic nail extensions?
No, I only deal with natural nail treatments and products that do not cause any harm to the nail plate. CND Shellac is an amazing natural nail product that enables you to grow your own healthy nails.
Do I need to provide towels?
No, all towels and equipment will be provided for you, even relaxing music!
Will you need access to anything?
Access to a plug socket will be necessary and water may be needed dependent on your treatment. A space big enough to set up the treatment couch will also be needed for massage appointments.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking to enable me to provide other clients with an appointment. This also applies to cancellations to part of your appointment and any changes of treatments as this may require different equipment and treatment time. I will of course then be happy to help re-arrange your treatments for you at a more convenient time. If less than 24 hours notice is given for any cancellation a charge will be made.
Is there an age restriction?
Clients need to be 16 years old and over to enjoy all treatments. Any client under the age of 16 will need consent from a parent or guardian and only certain treatments may be available.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes, gift vouchers are available. Just let me know who it’s for and how much you want to spend.
